Bob led the award-winning management buyout that created Production Services Network(PSN) in 2006.

In October 2010 Bob became the first individual to receive global recognition in safety leadership from the International Regulators Forum’s Carolita Kallaur Award, for his outstanding leadership of the Helicopter Task Group.
