PSN Re-engineer programme shortlisted for HR industry award

PSN expertise  in 'talent management' has been recognised by the UK's Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). PSN was shortlisted for the CIPD's People Management Award 2008 for its Re-engineer career conversion programme, which takes professionals, chiefly from the UK armed forces and re-trains them for offshore technician roles.

Chris Taylor, PSN HR Manager said: "We are extremely pleased to have made the final list of 16 companies, from a total of 200 awards submissions, particularly as we are the only oil and gas business to do so. It is testament to the strength of Re-engineer and our overall progressive approach to recruitment and management of our employees."

The short-listing adds to the growing collection of accolades for PSN, including a listing as one of the top 100 companies to work for in the UK.
