Strategic restructuring of PSN’s U.S. operations leads to management promotions PSN has announced three senior managerial promotions as part of the company’s strategic restructuring of its U.S. operations. Joseph Versnel has been appointed senior vice president of PSN’s U.S. business, Mike Coffelt will serve as vice president of operations for the Gulf of Mexico and Jacques LeBlanc will assume the role of vice president of operations for the West Coast and Midcontinent regions. Versnel has been an employee of PSN since 2006 and has more than 23 years of experience in the energy industry. In his previous role with the company, Versnel was the vice president of operations for the Gulf Coast, Midcontinent regions and the Medic Systems division. In his new role, he will assume full responsibility for PSN’s U.S. business, including its operations, finance, human resources, business development, safety and risk management functions. Versnel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Coffelt joined the business through the acquisition of Grasso in 2004 and brings more than 34 years of experience to his role as vice president of PSN’s Gulf of Mexico operations. Coffelt will be responsible for day-to-day operations including the management of over 150 offshore facilities and more than 300 offshore/onshore operations personnel. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Technology from Nicholls State University and an MBA from Tulane University. LeBlanc’s career consists of 23 years of professional experience in the oil & gas and manufacturing industries. He joined the business in 1997 as a construction manager and will now be accountable for all of PSN’s onshore U.S. operations across Texas, Wyoming, Colorado and California.
